What is Inguinal Hernia Treatment ?

Open Hernia : An incision is made in the groin, the protruding tissue is pushed back into the abdomen, and the weakened area is repaired with stitches. A synthetic mesh (hernioplasty) is often used to strengthen the area.

Laparoscopic Hernia : Small incisions are made, and a laparoscope (a thin tube with a camera) along with surgical instruments are used to repair the hernia with mesh.
